Utilized in both my Food Science and World Foods classes, every other Friday 3 to 5 students make a mini-meal or a part of a meal for the class. They have to properly plan, execute and reflect on this project. Since my school doesn't have a FACS program, this product still allows students to interact with the creation of food.

 

This product can be implemented in most any class related to food and/or agriculture. It could also be altered to happen less throughout te semester or be implemented in several classes.
