Utilized in my animal science class, this assignment is used if you've ran out of specific things to teach your animal science class OR if your students are bored with what your teaching. This assignment puts them in charge of finding what to learn about for a while. You can even take this a step farther and find specific things they want to learn about (P.S. Them helping you write their curriculum).
