I believe that this product could be used in most high school, college and business setting to help participants develop and understand their own strengths and leadership styles.
 
Utilized in my communication and leadership class, this unit:
1. Allows students to take the CliftonStrengths test and analyze their results
2. Reflect on those results and communicate them
3. Understand what domains are, what theirs are and what they man
4. Discuss leadership as a whole as well as looking at different types of leadership
